Life Begins at 40

Hey there, it’s Helen. I just turned 40 and I feel like my life has just begun.

As a life coach with three wonderful kids and a loving husband, I’m all about spreading positivity, radiating love and light, and helping people to be one’s greatest destiny.

Looking back on my life, I can see it in four stages:

  1. My Happy Childhood: I was born in the 80s in a poor rural village, but I had a childhood filled with joy and wonder. I played with my animal friends like chickens, pigs, and cows, and spent countless happy hours in the mountains and clear rivers.
  2. Finding Myself: When I was about ten, my family moved to the city and I had to navigate the challenges of growing up in a patriarchal society. I struggled to find my identity and even tried to act like a boy, studying science and adopting a more masculine persona.
  3. College and Early Adulthood: I left home for the first time to attend college in Fujian. It was tough, but I worked hard to support myself and my family. My goals were clear: study hard, make money, and be self-reliant.
  4. Building My Family and Career: In my thirties, I met my husband and together we raised three beautiful children. Those were some of the most challenging years of my life, but also the most rewarding.

Now in my forties, I have a clear goal: to help others discover their potential and live their best lives. That’s why I became a life coach – so I can be the best version of myself while making a positive impact on others.

Life is a journey, and I believe we all have the power to create our own happiness and fulfillment. Let’s find our true selves and live our best lives.

May peace to the world
