Gratitude to Helen, the one-hour Akashic Records reading session let me feel a change in real. I am now clear on my career mission and vision, and driven by my inner power.

Through the session, I was able to step out of my comfort zone and see my own value and furthermore my greater value to the world. 

From taking small steps, support others, I truly felt myself growing stronger: now I feel that I am truly helping others grow through my life story and experiences.

I feel change of my energy level through our conversation. I am becoming more and more confident in my current choices with my sense of mission and value.

In my vision, I see myself having my own studio, where I chat and share ideas with a group of like-minded career partners over coffee. I feel I am being positive, joyful, passionate, and calm.

From initially vague and weak link to my current career path and life vision, it gradually became clear, stronger and closer, until I seem to be living in a state of true realization. 

I am more determined in my career choices and personal growth path.

Today, Helen did an Akashic record reading for me. I think it was really amazing how Helen could integrate coaching techniques with Akashic Records reading. 

I was able to see my energy in the reading, and I also began to understand my coaching career positioning during the reading: I have been pondering this issue for long, but it was finally resolved today. 

Thanks to Helen’s Akashic Records reading, this was perhaps the most sensory experience I have ever had from reading/coaching.

Today’s keyword is: My relationships and wealth.

I saw my past life with my mother and realized that we had a deep connection. My mother loved me deeply. Knowing this, I can face my obsession more calmly: in this life, I only pay attention on my mother and myself, but I haven’t done that to my father. I need to open my heart to connect with my father, my husband, my children, and all my friends who love me. 

I need to accept myself first.

The key to my wealth is my health and well-being business. Insurance and health product are just tools for me. Once I have the right direction, the next step is going to unfold itself. 

I will spend more quality time with my father, husband, and children. ❤️

Yesterday, I had my second Akashic experience with Helen. I found that Helen’s session was very different from others.

1. Helen’s  Akashic record reading is dynamically. 👍
2. We talked about my career and family, and Helen accompanied me to see the process of career advancement and the solutions to difficulties along the way. It was a reading with real life meanings. ❤
3. Helen’s reading confirmed my beliefs. She unfolded me a future with bright prospects: my career is an embodiment of my life state, and they can be achieved together. Moreover, all of this can be achieved at home through the internet. [Fireworks]
4. Helen also accurately perceived the state between me and my family, and the communication method which my husband prefer the most.
5. Grateful to Helen, the coaching-style Akashic record reading was very beneficial. ❤

Yesterday was my first experience with Akashic Records reading. 

Although Helen and I are far apart, the images from her reading were true.

When I saw my “heavy clothing” or “shell”, I felt weighed down. 

From this perspective, under the guidance of curiosity, I saw that I could completely let go of my worry and fear and live as another better version of myself. 

This had a deep impact on me, from previously confused and anxious self, I felt calmness.

My world is very small. There are two directions can follow. One is to open myself up and break the “shell” I have created, to live with the kindness and love which now hidden in my heart. The other is to let go of my mind and return to my true self. Only I know where I am now: to explore the meaning and value of my life in accordance with the rhythm of my life. 

When I am lost, I shouldn’t shy away from the world. There are many methods and paths in this beautiful world that can accompany us through…  Thank you.

It was so mind-blowing!

I feel like Helen had a crystal ball 😊 and was able to help me to confirm many things in life, help me overcome my fears, and even find solutions! It was amazing!

I really appreciate Helen’s mindfulness and warmth. She was always smiling and accompanying me throughout the session, and in just one hour, I was able to overcome some challenging situations.

I found the answer that I really needed, which was to take a few beginner’s steps.

I am truly amazed! 

Helen was able to see my career issues clearly on an energetic level, and show me direction that instantly made me understand what choices to make. These were problems that I had been thinking about for weeks, and Helen was able to help me sort them out in just half an hour!

It’s like seeing things from a higher perspective and then everything was crystal clear!

I am extremely grateful for Helen’s empowerment . I am overjoyed [jumping][jumping][jumping].

Helen guided me to explore my life through energy level. 

I had been focusing all my attention on my family, my children, and my husband, but not myself. 

Helen helped me to realise that I am going to be more accepting and accommodating towards my husband’s behavior and appearance, to be fully present with my child and understand her needs, and to see that my child’s presence can lead me to be a better me.

During meditation, I saw myself teaching in an old classroom, holding a big triangle ruler and teaching elementary and middle school students math. It was raining heavily outside, and I felt extremely sad, suppressed, and suffocated. 

Helen encouraged me to go out, and I walked out of the classroom into the empty corridor: looking outside, I saw the students doing gymnastics on a sunny playground. I went downstairs and outside, and it started raining heavily again. Raindrops hit my face heavily and then mixed with my tears: I feel sad and miserable.

When Helen asked me to focus on my right hand, I felt warm energy in my palm; when I looked at my hand, I saw a universe. The energy of the universe flowed from my hand straight to my heart, and I felt full of energy throughout my body. 

At that moment, I received a message that, in the vast universe, parenting issues, marital problems, and money concerns were all tiny little matters. Being full of energy and focusing on myself is the state I should strive for.

Finally, I saw myself becoming a person with my true self, living in a state of content.

Today’s exploration was not only about having the visuals but also about feeling the flow of energy. 

I am very happy with today’s exploration, which is going to be the turning point towards excellence for me.

Gratitude to Helen for showing me the magic of Akashic Records: it was truly mind-blowing. 

It felt like Helen had taken me into a magical world, even though we were in different countries and thousands of miles apart. 

She was able to see my innermost state and guide me to open the doors of my heart, to step out and see the person I had been looking for. It was a moment free from any external influences, a moment that was ordinary yet real, simple yet joyful. I saw the love I have been wishing for, which was also my vision. To reach that vision, I just need to open up completely, trust and accept wholeheartedly, then it will come to me eventually. 

The timing of my session with Helen was perfect and I did not miss out any other important things the same time. Moreover, every thing I do after talking to Helen, had a multiplied good effect. It was truly amazing!

I feel like I have elevated myself once again, and it brings me so much joy! Thank you, Helen. 🙏🙏

Tonight, I had a wonderful journey with Helen. 

Throughout the entire process, I received a unique meditation scene that belongs only to me: in a cafe. 

I learned that making a choice means simply making a choice, without any other factors to consider. 

Today’s journey was also a form of energy frequency adjustment. 

Through Helen’s guidance, I linked with the Universe god and saw my true nature. 

Energy is something that cannot be seen or touched, but the more I experience, the more I realize how lucky I am to have a circle that can help me adjust my frequency.

24/02/23 Coach‘s coaching training, Client

Through this coaching session, Helen helped me overcome my fears and create a picture and physical sensation of achievement from a goal-oriented perspective, which helped me heal my emotional blockages.

From surface-level fears to deep-rooted self-blame, I finally understood today what my teacher told me. That, “I am the tree, and the tree is me”: I learned how to “enter” the body of a tree and feel the beauty of life from the view of a tree.

Resolving deep-rooted emotional blockages in clients

I was an observer as distinguished coach Helen and client Chen engaged in an enlightening and constructive conversation.

Chen’s initial problem was feeling uneasy about going into a mini surgery. 

Through the coaching conversation, it turned out that this anxiety was only a surface-level symptom, and the underlying deep-rooted reason was that some of the client’s unpleasant emotions had not been properly addressed.

The coaching conversation addressed the client’s concerns as if peeling off the layers of an onion, until reaching the deep part of the client’s heart, and allowing for a process of traversing and reconstruction, leaving the client feeling released.

The whole process was like surgery, with the client’s soul as the subject.

Despite that we are 7,000 kilometers apart and a 7-hour time difference, Helen led me through a remarkable meditation. 

Starting at my third eye chakra, a giant white bird carried me through layers of space and consciousness, breaking through barriers until we arrived at a place I had never been before: there were mountains, rivers, and gentle sunlight. Finally, I entered into the sun itself…

The whole process was incredibly peaceful, without any emotional turbulence, and the 40-minute session felt like very short and it passed quickly. 

Afterwards, I felt I was filled with love and joy for the entire night: everyone I saw seemed to be the messenger of love, even the flowers, dogs, toys, and food all radiated love energy towards me. ❤️❤️❤️

I don’t really know what happened exactly, all I remember that that was a wonderful internal exploration experience.

Today, I asked Helen to help me with an Akashic coaching session. Initially, my intention was to gain insight into the energy of a project and make investment decisions. However, Helen’s interpretation went far beyond the scope of my question.

She provided a description of the project and the energy of my own business from an energy level, allowing me to clearly understand the relationship between this project and my overall business. It allowed me to see beyond the immediate and perceive the connections between things.

It was truly magical, having Helen’s assistance felt like having divine guidance when making business and partnership decisions.

What amazed me the most was that Helen showed me the profound and intense chemical reaction that occurs when the energies of myself and my father merge. It confirmed the direction and guidance I was already sensing: the energy picture described by Helen showed me that the direction is right, and the prospects are very promising. Moreover, it aligns with the universal energy.

This is the second time I’ve asked Helen to be my Akashic coach. The first time was regarding my personal career, and she revealed a completely different flow of energy. So, when it came to choosing a project, I sought her out again, and I didn’t expect her to provide me with such a grand vision. Through these two interpretations, I’ve witnessed an elevation in the dimensional connection of my own energy.

Thank you, Helen, you are like a cosmic messenger, pressing the confirmation button for me again and again.

Using Akashic coaching to interpret business decisions is a perspective that is truly worth exploring.

I have been working with Helen as my growth coach since March of 2023, guiding me through meditation journeys and spiritual exploration.

Throughout more than ten coaching sessions, I have experienced tremendous breakthroughs and changes.

Each meditation session has allowed me to easily access my subconscious and identify my inner blockages. With Helen’s guidance, I have effortlessly transformed and created positive outcomes.

She has also helped me explore and build my future, particularly in my business and finances.

I have gradually shifted from a state of debt to generating a positive cash flow, and I now feel increasingly at ease and comfortable with money.

Furthermore, Helen has helped me see the dynamics of my relationship with my parents and the subconscious choices I make in intimate relationships. This awareness has empowered me to create my own life with mindfulness.

Every aspect of my life is improving, and I am deeply grateful for Helen’s guidance and contributions.
