Through this coaching session, Helen helped me overcome my fears and create a picture and physical sensation of achievement from a goal-oriented perspective, which helped me heal my emotional blockages.
From surface-level fears to deep-rooted self-blame, I finally understood today what my teacher told me. That, “I am the tree, and the tree is me”: I learned how to “enter” the body of a tree and feel the beauty of life from the view of a tree.

Helen隔着七千多公里的距离和7小时的时差带我做了一个很神奇的冥想。

从眉心轮进入，有一只巨大的白色的像鹤一样的鸟托着我穿越一层层的空间和意识的结界，最后去到一个我没去过的地方，有山川河流，有温柔的阳光，最后进到太阳里……
整个过程特别平静，没有任何情绪，40多分钟感觉很快就过去了。
然后一整个晚上感受到自己被爱和喜悦感充盈，所见之人都是爱的化身，连花花草草、狗狗、玩偶、还有食物都在对我释放爱的能量。[爱心][爱心][爱心]
我也不晓得发生了什么，总之是非常奇妙的一次内在探索。
Despite that we are 7,000 kilometers apart and a 7-hour time difference, Helen led me through a remarkable meditation.
Starting at my third eye chakra, a giant white bird carried me through layers of space and consciousness, breaking through barriers until we arrived at a place I had never been before: there were mountains, rivers, and gentle sunlight. Finally, I entered into the sun itself…
The whole process was incredibly peaceful, without any emotional turbulence, and the 40-minute session felt like very short and it passed quickly.
Afterwards, I felt I was filled with love and joy for the entire night: everyone I saw seemed to be the messenger of love, even the flowers, dogs, toys, and food all radiated love energy towards me. ❤️❤️❤️
I don’t really know what happened exactly, all I remember that that was a wonderful internal exploration experience.

今天我是观察者，卓越教练Helen和卓越当事人，进行一场精彩建设性对话。
当事人刚开始，带来的问题是对于面对微创手术的不安。
经过教练对话过程，发现不安只是表面现象，背后隐藏的是当事人在事件背后的深层情绪没得到清理。
经过教练对话，一层层像剥洋葱，探寻到当事人内心深处，重新进行穿越，重构，当事人如释重负。
整个过程就像是一台手术，而手术的对象是当事人的灵魂。

I was an observer as distinguished coach Helen and client Chen engaged in an enlightening and constructive conversation.
Chen’s initial problem was feeling uneasy about going into a mini surgery.
Through the coaching conversation, it turned out that this anxiety was only a surface-level symptom, and the underlying deep-rooted reason was that some of the client’s unpleasant emotions had not been properly addressed.
The coaching conversation addressed the client’s concerns as if peeling off the layers of an onion, until reaching the deep part of the client’s heart, and allowing for a process of traversing and reconstruction, leaving the client feeling released.
The whole process was like surgery, with the client’s soul as the subject.

今晚Helen陪我一起走了一场奇妙的旅行。
在整个流程中，得到了一个独属于自己的一个冥想场景：咖啡馆。
看到了选择就是选择，没有其他。
今天这场也是一次调频：
通过Helen的引导，与宇宙老爸做链接，看到更本质的自我。
能量这东西，看不到摸不到的，但越体验越能觉得一个能给我调频的圈子是多么的让人幸福。

Tonight, I had a wonderful journey with Helen.
Throughout the entire process, I received a unique meditation scene that belongs only to me: in a cafe.
I learned that making a choice means simply making a choice, without any other factors to consider.
Today’s journey was also a form of energy frequency adjustment.
Through Helen’s guidance, I linked with the Universe gad and saw my true nature.
Energy is something that cannot be seen or touched, but the more I experience, the more I realize how lucky I am to have a circle that can help me adjust my frequency.

Helen在能量层面上带着我探索我的生活，我的生活中，所有关注力都在生活，孩子，家庭，老公身上，而忽略了自己。
Helen引导着我看到，我需要我在行为上、在外在上更包容和接纳我老公；和孩子在一起，全然地感受孩子的状态：孩子的出现是可以带领我升纬的。
在冥想中，我看到我站在一个旧旧的小时候那个样子的教室讲台上，拿着大大的三角板，为小学生和初中生讲数学的三角形；窗外下着很大很大的雨，然后此时我的内心非常难过，压抑，堵得慌。
Helen鼓励我走出去，我走出了教室来到了空荡荡的走廊，向外看到阳光明媚的操场上学生们正在跳广播体操。
我走下楼，走出了教学楼，外面又下起了雨。我来到了瓢泼大雨的外面，当雨点打在我的脸上，好疼好疼，我的泪水和雨水混为一谈，心里好委屈，好难过。
但是当Helen让我看向我的右手时，手心热热的能量感，看向右手的瞬间我看到了宇宙，那个能量从手心直接来到了我的内心，足足的能量感布满了全身。
那一刻我接收到信息，在庞大的宇宙面前，我认为的育儿问题，夫妻关系问题，金钱的问题都是芝麻不到的虾米米的小事，不值一提，也不值得我难过和有情绪。
能量满满，关注我自己，做让我心动的事时才是我该活出的状态。
最后我看到我真的和真我合一，活出那个本自具足，能量满满的状态。
今天除了画面还有能量的流动，非常开心今天的探索，能量真实的本质的，谢谢生命中遇见Helen，今天的这次探索一定是我走向卓越的转折点！

Helen guided me to explore my life through energy level.
I had been focusing all my attention on my family, my children, and my husband, but not myself.
Helen helped me to realise that I am going to be more accepting and accommodating towards my husband’s behavior and appearance, to be fully present with my child and understand her needs, and to see that my child’s presence can lead me to be a better me.
During meditation, I saw myself teaching in an old classroom, holding a big triangle ruler and teaching elementary and middle school students math. It was raining heavily outside, and I felt extremely sad, suppressed, and suffocated.
Helen encouraged me to go out, and I walked out of the classroom into the empty corridor: looking outside, I saw the students doing gymnastics on a sunny playground. I went downstairs and outside, and it started raining heavily again. Raindrops hit my face heavily and then mixed with my tears: I feel sad and miserable.
When Helen asked me to focus on my right hand, I felt warm energy in my palm; when I looked at my hand, I saw a universe. The energy of the universe flowed from my hand straight to my heart, and I felt full of energy throughout my body.
At that moment, I received a message that, in the vast universe, parenting issues, marital problems, and money concerns were all tiny little matters. Being full of energy and focusing on myself is the state I should strive for.
Finally, I saw myself becoming a person with my true self, living in a state of content.
Today’s exploration was not only about having the visuals but also about feeling the flow of energy.
I am very happy with today’s exploration, which is going to be the turning point towards excellence for me.

I am truly amazed!

It was so mind-blowing!

I saw my past life with my mother and realized that we had a deep connection. My mother loved me deeply. Knowing this, I can face my obsession more calmly: in this life, I only pay attention on my mother and myself, but I haven’t done that to my father. 昨天第一次接触阿卡西记录 虽然与Helen相隔遥远，但多个画面都比较一致，当看到自己厚重的衣服或者外壳的时候，自己都为自己沉重，从这个视角看现在的自己，在对前方好奇的指引下，看到自己完全可以放下防备和恐惧，完全可以活出另一个自己的时候，很有触动，内心从迷茫焦灼回归平静…
自己的头脑里的世界真小，一个是要打开自己，让自己破了自己做的壳，活出自己内心隐藏起来的那份善意和热爱，另一个方向是放下头脑，回归自己本身，只有自己知道自己现在到哪了，顺应自己生命的节奏探索自己生命的意义和价值，在迷茫的时候不要自己扛，这个美好的世界有好多早已准备好的方法和路径在等着我们…谢谢

Yesterday was my first experience with Akashic Records reading.
Although Helen and I are far apart, the images from her reading were true.
When I saw my “heavy clothing” or “shell”, I felt weighed down.
From this perspective, under the guidance of curiosity, I saw that I could completely let go of my worry and fear and live as another better version of myself.
This had a deep impact on me, from previously confused and anxious self, I felt calmness.
My world is very small. There are two directions can follow. One is to open myself up and break the “shell” I have created, to live with the kindness and love which now hidden in my heart. The other is to let go of my mind and return to my true self. Only I know where I am now: to explore the meaning and value of my life in accordance with the rhythm of my life.
When I am lost, I shouldn’t shy away from the world. There are many methods and paths in this beautiful world that can accompany us through… Thank you.

Gratitude to Helen for showing me the magic of Akashic Records: it was truly mind-blowing.
It felt like Helen had taken me into a magical world, even though we were in different countries and thousands of miles apart.
She was able to see my innermost state and guide me to open the doors of my heart, to step out and see the person I had been looking for. It was a moment free from any external influences, a moment that was ordinary yet real, simple yet joyful. I saw the love I have been wishing for, which was also my vision.
